Returns, Refunds & Replacements
At Rewild Water Kefir, we take great care to ensure every order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
To help us assess your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Product Quality
Water kefir is a living, fermented beverage. Natural variations in flavour, carbonation, colour, and sediment may occur between batches and are not considered defects.
To maintain product quality, please follow all storage instructions provided on the label and refrigerate products promptly upon delivery.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
